Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

At Evolution Lighting Co., every order is custom-built to meet the customer's specific requests. Our products are made to order, often involving custom paint matching, modifications, wiring, lighting upgrades, and other personalized features.

Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By placing an order with Evolution Lighting Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-built, modified, painted, or made-to-order products.

  • No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed and production has begun.

  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once materials have been ordered or production has started.

  • Custom Paint Matching: Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and paint codes. We are not responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

  • Order Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, selected options, and specifications before submitting payment.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, vehicle sale, incorrect fitment information provided by the customer, or personal preference after production.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing or workmanship defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

This policy does not waive any warranty coverage expressly provided with your purchase or any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are ordering a custom-made product and agree to this policy.
